Each individual may hold only one paldofun account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited pending review.

To register and maintain an account on paldofun, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
paldofun reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement is grounds for immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any bonus balance outstanding at the time of suspension.
Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, which serves as your primary account identifier. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
One Account Rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one paldofun account. If paldofun detects that a single individual operates multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — paldofun reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTP codes. paldofun will never ask you to share your password or OTP. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — regardless of whether you authorized it personally — is your responsibility. You must notify paldofun support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Verification: paldofun may request identity verification documents (e.g., Philippine National ID, driver's license, passport) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above ₱10,000. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
Currency: All transactions on paldofun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). paldofun does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All game results and balances are denominated in PHP.
Minimum Deposit: ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, paldofun may impose individual limits as part of responsible gaming measures or at its discretion.
Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet (GCash, PayMaya) registered in the account holder's name.
Processing Time: paldofun targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to four (4) business hours. These are targets, not guarantees; processing times may be extended during system maintenance or verification procedures.
No Fees: paldofun does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals require that the deposited amount has been wagered at least once (1x) in real-money games before it can be withdrawn, unless otherwise stated. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
Important: paldofun only processes withdrawals to accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
All bonuses and promotions offered by paldofun are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. General conditions applicable to all paldofun bonuses include:

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All games on paldofun are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. paldofun does not alter or manipulate game outcomes and does not modify the Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by game providers.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game freeze — paldofun will endeavor to restore the game session to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance. Game results that have already been finalized and recorded prior to a malfunction are valid and will not be reversed.
Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that it is possible to lose money. paldofun does not guarantee winnings, and past game results are not indicative of future outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paldofun platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable:
paldofun cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, paldofun will suspend the affected account, hold associated funds, and provide all relevant information to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
All content on the paldofun platform — including but not limited to the paldofun brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of paldofun or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the paldofun platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the paldofun platform without prior written consent from paldofun.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldofun shall not be liable for:
paldofun's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
paldofun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

paldofun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, paldofun will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the paldofun platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of paldofun are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Authority Act), and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of a dispute between you and paldofun, you should first contact paldofun customer support via live chat. paldofun will endeavor to resolve disputes informally within ten (10) business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to make a complaint to PAGCOR or other applicable Philippine regulatory authorities.
